Shipping policy

Free shipping is applied to all orders over $90 within the U.S and Europe countries, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto rico. For orders under $90 or shipments , shipping rates will be applied depending on the places to calculate the shipping cost.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not been fulfilled and shipped out. Please get in touch with us through our website or whatever online shopping platform you have used to purchase your product as soon as possible to ensure we can cancel your order before it is shipped out.

 

Damaged Packages

We ensure that all our products are sent out without damages, but we understand that the product can be damaged on its way to delivery. Please reach out to info@craftzzle.com, message us, or through our contact form with Proof of Damage to request a replacement WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your damaged package.

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, noon PST through Sunday, or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

 

International Shipping (Customs/Import Taxes)

 

Customers will be responsible for covering any import/customs taxes. Craftzzle is not responsible for any delay experienced due to customs.

 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number should be active once our shipment partner's processing center receives the package.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once Craftzzle fulfills the shipment by handing over the package to our shipping partners, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages.

 

Once the package is picked up, it is on the shipping service to ensure the issue is resolved. We can try submitting a claim from our end, but there is no guarantee the package will be found, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed.

 

Please double-check your address to ensure it is correct, and try asking your neighbors if they have received your package by mistake. If you have not received your package but have received a notification the package was delivered, please wait up to 24 hours, as the package can arrive hours after the delivery notification is sent out.

 

Please feel free to contact us if your package is still missing after 24 hours.
